The Green Leigh

Cube Architecture and Design were commissioned by Property Alliance Group to design a speculative office development on an environmentally sensitive site in Leigh, Wigan. The site sits behind the East Lancs link road from Liverpool to Manchester and is adjacent to a nature reserve. Due to the nature of this development, 30% of the gross site area has been designed as a semi wetland area with raised walkways and a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS), all accessible for the users of the development.

In total 10,000m² of office accommodation is provided on this site, comprising of four separate buildings varying in height from two to three storeys with flexible footprints and adaptable cores.
