Leopold Street

Cube Architecture and Design were commissioned by Russells Construction to complete the design of an industrial development which had been part of a larger mixed use scheme.

The buildings have been designed as small but flexible starter units. The development is 3,900m² with individual units at circa 230m² including integral office and amenity accommodation.
