Cube Architecture and Design were approached by Russell’s Construction to produce design and construction information for the refurbishment of a prestigious six storey office development in the heart of Manchester City Centre’s office district. The building is Grade II listed and as such careful consideration was needed for the treatment to the new entranced from the King Street. The internal floor plates have been reconfigured to suit an open plan office space, as at present the scheme is speculative and as such needs to accommodate maximum flexibility.
