A K Worthington

A K Worthington approached Cube Architecture and Design to help them regenerate a section of their logistics depot which had fallen in to disrepair. The solution was to demolish part of the exisitng portal frame building and replace it with a two storey modular office building. The remaing warehouse was stripped back to frame and re-clad in corporate colours.

Due to the low eaves of the existing building an engineered solution was designed to increase the height of the sevice yard elevation, for the servicing requirements of the end user, without effecting the appearance of the finished unit.
